This time of year is full with cheer, giving, and celebrations, which means everything else is put on the back burner. We are in the midst of the holiday season! We are trying to juggle numerous amounts of things which includes parties, gift shopping, travel, and work on top of everything else. The month of December can be really overwhelming. There are so many demands and expectations which makes it really hard to stay motivated.

Here are 4 ways to stay focus and motivated during an overwhelming holiday season


Make a to-do list or tasks for the week to ensure you’re working effectively both personally and professionally. Having too much on your plate creates chaos and can increase stress.

Continue to exercise, hydrate, and maintain a good amount of sleep at night. Over eating, drinking and increasing your sugar intake will impact your mood/body drastically.

Focus on today. It’s so easy to get distracted! But time stops for no one. Make sure you continue to focus on your everyday task.
