My favorite part of the day consists of a hard workout! 
There’s no better feeling than sweating all of the toxins out of your system especially after a long weekend. If you’re like me, you’re super busy with a limited time frame to workout. 
My daily workouts consist of 60 mins of HITT (High Intense Interval Training). It allows me to train at a fast pace, and burn a ton of calories at the same time. Just my type of workout! There’s never a dull moment with HITT, each workout is different and pushes me to my limit.  
NO MORE LONG HOURS AT THE GYM! 
Did I mention that HITT has been shown to speed up your metabolism, which helps you burn more calories during the day? What’s not to love about this workout?
HITT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule! 
You can do HITT at home, at your local gym, at your
 favorite park on a nice day or even during your lunch break. 
There’s a ton of fitness websites, and bloggers out 
there that live and breathe working out, 
but my main focus is being healthy, 
and staying in the best shape EVER! 

For me fitness is all about balance. 
Of course I enjoy eating a juicy cheese burger, and my
 favorite burrito bowl from Qdoba but it’s all about having will power.
 I struggle with this daily!  
No one is perfect right?

I’m not the skinniest person or the fittest, 
but 4-5 days a week I push my body to it’s limit.
I try to keep my workouts quick, effective and accessible.

Try the workout below! 
Jump Squat

Duration: 1 min.

Recovery: 1 min. of jumping jacks

Box Jumps (Box should reach knee height)

Duration: 1 min.

Recovery: 1 min. of mountain climbers

Diamond Pushups 

Duration: 1 min.

Recovery: 1 min. of box jumps


Jump Squats

Duration: 1 min.

Recovery: high knees

Burpees 
Duration: 1 min.
Recovery: 1 min. of frog jumps

Repeat 3x times
I always end my workout with sprints, or abs!
