Workout Routine: Adidas Avenue A Spring Edition

I am obsessed with this workout gear from Adidas Avenue A curated by Hannah Bronfman. This outfit is motivating, cute, sporty, and fun.  Working out clears my head and gives me that extra boost of energy that I need.  It is key that I always look the part while working out.  Quality gear not only helps my performance, but also allows me to look good doing it. I always look forward to receiving Adidas Avenue A box every couple of months!

I quickly fell in love with the jacket and the gym bag. The gym bag is by Stella McCartney. If you’re always on the go like me, it is important to have a cute bag that you can throw your sneakers and dirty clothes in. The bag is so versatile, it has two compartments, one for your shoes and sweaty clothes, and the other for your clean clothes and toiletries. So cute!

Here’s one of my workouts for the week:
Mountain Climbers with bosu ball (can also do them without): 50 reps, 3 sets
Body Weight Squats: 25 reps, 3 sets
Burpee with bosu Ball: 10 reps, 3 sets
Jump Rope: 100 reps, 3 sets
Box Jump: 10 reps, 4 sets
Walking Lunge with Weight: 3 sets
Fire Hydrant: 20 reps, 3 sets each leg
Stair Master: 20 mins (you can substitute this with any cardio)
